DELIVERY (Despatch days for ALL orders)
We despatch orders between Monday and Friday inclusive, but not on English Public Holidays. All orders received by us before 2 PM (afternoon) will be despatched that day. All orders received after this will be sent the following day.
All orders despatched by us will need to be signed for on delivery.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER ONLINE AND OVERDUE DELIVERIES
The delivery services we use are normally very efficient and usually arrive within the time periods indicated above, however sometimes they don’t so please order as early as possible to avoid last-minute panics.

RETURNS POLICY

You may return any item bought from us for either a refund or exchange, provided we receive it within 14 days of the original delivery date to you. The item and original packaging must arrive back with us in Perfect Condition with all swing tags/labels still attached. The delivery must be accompanied by a fully completed ‘Returns Sheet’ which you can print off by clicking here. We will process the return on the day of return to us or the following working day.
When you have ordered the wrong item: We will not send an exchange item back to you without being paid the  additional carriage charge. The exchange item you require may not be available, therefore please indicate an alternative choice or refund if you prefer.
When we have not sent you the item you ordered: If we have sent you the wrong order please accept our humblest apologies (The item must not be used). We will send you a £10 voucher for payment towards a future order as an apology. Please notify us immediately by email and we will send the replacement same or next working day before you have sent the wrong item back. Please fully complete the Returns Sheet as detailed above and send with the item.
You believe the item we have sent you is faulty: If you believe the item we have sent you is faulty and subject to a Warranty Claim, please send it back to us enclosing a fully completed Returns Form. We will examine the item to determine whether it is a faulty or not. If faulty we will either repair it (this might take several weeks) or replace immediately. We will also send you a £10 credit voucher against your next purchase from us, plus credit you immediately £10 to cover the cost of sending the item back to us.
Packaging the return item(s): It is your responsibility to return the goods to us in perfect, unused condition - therefore please package well. Please take out adequate insurance/compensation to cover the retail value of the returned item.
Posting the return item back to us: Please send by a ‘signed on delivery’ service. We recommend 1st or 2nd class post / recorded delivery,or your country's equivalent. Please remember that we must receive your returned item within 14 days of you receiving the original delivery (unless a suspected Warranty Claim; in this case it is one year).
